    Kaolin, the raw material for porcelain, is mainly aluminium silicate. So it could be a raw material. The chloride process would be the method of choice. But I think the cost of grinding up old toilets for the aluminium via the chloride process will be too expensive as long as large quantities of the clay are still available.
