In Germany: A part of the yield will rot. As simple as that.
A part of next year's crops won't even be seeded.
Germany used to have 300,000 seasonal employees for the yield. As the borders are closed now (A pretty ridiculous measure towards the east European countries like Poland, but *not* vice versa), many crops just won't be harvested, probably especially asparagus or strawberries.
I can't give any figures, though.
Some clever farmers deliver stuff in their surroundings (which they are allowed to).
